味噌、醤油を作り続けて、117年のマルコ醸造が主催!
お楽しみランチ付!「味噌作り講座」のご案内
 
毎年大好評の味噌作り講座を、今年も明智コミセンで開催することになりました!
味噌が作れて、お土産、ランチ付き、参加料は1000円(税別)だけ!
味噌代別:2kg当たり800円(税別)
とってもお得で楽しい講座です。ご参加いただいた方から、「美味しい味噌ができた!」と嬉しいお声もたくさんいただいております。
お友達と、家族で、親子で、また、お一人での参加も大歓迎です!
 
●2kg単位で20kgまでの味噌が作れる!
味噌の材料(大豆、塩、米麹、麦麹)はすべてこちらで準備致します。
食べられるのは半年以上先になりますが、自分で仕込んだ味噌のお味は格別です!
来年の今頃には美味しい味噌が出来上がっているはずです。
●発酵食品について学べる!
発酵食品について目からウロコの話が聞けますよ。
●お楽しみ発酵食品ランチ付!
味噌を作った後は楽しいランチタイム!今年はマルコ醸造の味噌、醤油、漬物などをお腹いっぱい楽しめるランチを企画しました。
●「出来上がり味噌」のお土産付き!
昨年の味噌作り教室で仕込んだ貴重なお味噌をお土産に差し上げます。

■開催日:      2015年2月13日(金)、3月17日(火)、3月18日(水)、
4月17日(金)、4月18日(土)、
※時間は午前9時~午後1時頃です。※定員は各日24名様です。最小催行人数は10名様です。
■場所:明智コミュニティセンター1階調理室
(岐阜県恵那市明智町846番地6 明智振興事務所横)
■材料費:味噌2kg毎に800円(税別)(2kg単位でお申込み下さい。)
参加費:1000円(税別)
■持ち物:味噌を仕込む桶(購入ご希望の方はご相談下さい。)
エプロン、三角巾、マスク、大豆を潰す道具(マッシャーなど)、手拭きタオル

各開催日の3日前までに、参加希望日、作りたい味噌の量を添えて、
